We at Pittsburgh Fringe have found ourselves in several campuses over the years, and for the last couple, we have been located along Penn Ave, touching the Bloomfield/Garfield/Friendship Neighborhoods. Because we are fortunate enough to have such great neighbors, we wanted to share their businesses with you! Here on this page you’ll find things to do, places to visit, places to eat, and of course, art to look at.
