New Urban Class
For a period of 10 years I documented the lives of young adults who had chosen
to live their lives outside of the mainstream of society. My photographic work is
seen from a sympathetic point of view in order to gain a better understanding of
my subject's perspective. I have looked to capture within my images the
metaphors and themes in life which are universal among us all. Hopefully the
viewer of these images will have a deeper level of understanding of the youth
from within this culture. My voyage into this world has been one of discovery,
revelation and enlightenment.
