How to Prepare for a Long Distance Run

Amy Falk

I’ve been running in circles for a while now. Same boys, same apps, same bad feeling. I’ve been orbiting around and around this dying part of town, never building enough energy to escape. I really felt like I could, that one night in the dead of winter. But that was a while ago. That feeling didn’t last. Save me. Save me! I swear I’ll make it up to you.
